"Student Conduct Expectations"

• 🎻 For Guitar & Violin students only: "Bring your own Instruments 🎸"

• ✍Only Students are allowed in the classroom.

• 🧚 In case of Minor students/ First visit/ adjustment issues, one guardian can be allowed to wait for few classes.

• 🎧 Headphone with 3.5mm Jack is recommended to bring for Piano students if possible

• For 🥁 Drums, please bring your own Drums sticks

Students must follow all safety guidelines while using academy facilities and equipment.

"Tuition Payment Methods"

• Tuition is charged monthly in prepaid at the starting of the month.

• No cash payments are accepted.

• An auto-pay option is available for convenience, charging the monthly tuition automatically from your own bKash to the personal Blue Note bKash no: provided.

"Lesson Scheduling"

• Students must adhere to the scheduled class times and are encouraged to attend regularly.

• Make-up lessons are not offered for student absences, except in special circumstances.

• Due to conducting individual lesson plan for every student, missed classes do not interrupt the following course.

• Certificates are issued at a minimum level of six months.

• Course Duration: Basic- 6 Months Intermediate: 6-8 Months (Fee is revised for Intermediate & Advanced Course level students.

"Blue Note Academy Holidays"

• Blue Note remains closed on the last Friday & Saturday of December months due to Winter Vacations

• Institute will remain closed on Govt. Holidays (including Weekends)

• No Replacement class is arranged for Holidays.

"Leave Policies"

• To keep your scheduled spot, monthly fees must be paid according to the due dates.

• Leave can be arranged once in a year for a month. Hence the spot remains opened for anyone.

• Re-enrollment charges apply during the drop/ Leave notice period for two consecutive months leave.

"Photo Release Policy"

• The academy may take photographs/ videos of students during activities for promotional purposes and class activities.

• Parents must provide consent for their children's images to be used in marketing materials.

• Students' names may not be associated with the photographs used publicly.

The Policies and Procedures remain the same for Online and Offline/In-person/Face-to-face sessions whereas Enrollment /Registration/ Payments/Acknowledgement processes are virtual
